Management Policies

Check in time is between 3 PM to 7 PM.  Should you arrive early, call and ask if your room is ready.  Check out time is 11AM.  Special arrangements can be discussed, based on availability, for times outside.

*We make every attempt to accommodate your room request.  At times, circumstances do arise that require us to accommodate a guest in a room other than their original choice.  We will do our best to accommodate should this occur.

Rooms that are damaged or overly soiled during a guest stay my be charged a damage fee of $100 and or an additional cleaning fee of $100.  Additional charges at the discretion of the management.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are refundable less a $50 processing fee.  To receive a refund less the processing fee, your cancellation request needs to be at least 14 days prior to your arrival date.  If the cancellation is less than 14 days to the expected arrival date, you will be charged for the total cost of the reservation.  Deposits are taken via credit card only.

Directions:

Take Route 6 to the second Provincetown exit (there will be a set of traffic lights).  Turn left onto Conwell Street and follow to the stop sign.  Turn right on to Bradford Street.  In approximately one 1/2 mile, take a left onto Carver Street and at the bottom of the hill take a right and Crew's Quarters is directly on your right.  It is at the corner of Commercial and Carver Streets.  Please be prepared to unload your luggage as quickly as possible.  

Parking:

WE DO NOT HAVE PARKING OF OUR OWN.  The town parking lot at Grace Hall is the closet lot.  It is at the corner of Bradford and Prince Streets.  The daily fee is $25 paid direct to the parking attendant upon departure.  There are no in/out privileges once parked.

Misc:

We are 100% non-smoking including our outdoor spaces.  We do not have AC. There are ceiling fans and stationary fans in every room however. Regrettably, due to COVID, we are unable to provide a safe breakfast this season and have reflected this in our lowered rates. Face masks must be worn at all times when in common areas of the house. Absolutely NO PARTIES whatsoever. We are allowing storage of drinks in our coolers up front for guest use. Absolutely no food or unsealed open containers. You will be subject to additional cleaning fees should a mess be left in the patio areas.
